The local one here is in West Des Moines and is always crowded and the steak and prime rib has never been good.My Fav Chain Steakhouse was Claim Jumper but they seem to be going away not as many as there used to be.I still go to the one one of Eastern In Henderson when i go to Las Vegas and there is Still one in North Phoenix off the freeway on27th.

Yeah mine doesn’t have prime rib either. Takes 2 hours to get takeout for borderline disgusting shit, I’ll pass most the time
