i have no idea I'm just wondering why SBR would do away with offshore books?? This was the only place to really get a good review on them and keep them in check, its very sad to see.

Any information or post on why this change had to occur, was it a legal matter? which in any case would be weird because that would be like going after the buyer vs the seller.
