If he did not hit on her or even talk to her or make any vulgar motions then he has the right to look anywhere he wants. He has not done anything wrong if anything she was doing more harassing then he was she actually went over to him and made a scene AND posted pictures of him.
You know what since she posted his pictures accusing him of something like that he may be able to get a lawyer and go after her for accusing him of something like this.
