If you have no active credit or revolving credit…. Your score would not be that high. Try this shit with someone dumb. I’m way too smart.

You don’t have a high score if you own everything. Your score is based on payment history, revolving credit and other factors. If you just buy shit…..your credit score will not be great.
I know this because that’s what I used to do years ago. Just buy everything. Then smart financial people told me to get into debt and make timely payments. Pay things off in a period of time. That’s what gives you a high credit score.

You don't understand how credit works, listen big guy, I have used credit in the past, I have a shit ton of available credit, I have ************ with no spending limit. I own properties that are completely paid off.
Once you get a good score it doesn't go down because you're not using your credit.

Well my credit score is almost perfect and I don't owe anyone a penny.
It's actually more based on available credit and payment history.
You are trying to say that you need to owe someone something to have a good score. That's not the case.

The main factors in a credit score are payment history, available credit, credit usage and inquiries.
And history of credit.
Once you achieve a really good score just because you pay everything off doesn't mean it's going to go down it will stay the same or go up.

I know exactly how credit works. I know how and why it moves up and down. Available credit is a factor and I know you just googled that but if you have no ************ and you’re not paying off cars, mortgage or nothing, you’ll have a poor score. I know millionaires with poor scores.
If you go in and buy a car in cash, it doesn’t do anything to help you score.

Yeah yeah yeah. I could send a bunch of shit as well. You clearly didn’t understand how credit scores worked. Now you do. Happy to help explain.
I deal with FA’s that have been doing this shit for years. I think their advice is better than some sbr dude who wastes 1200.00 on car rims.

Vitty see you can’t make fun of me lol, because I already make fun myself for the lack of success & shortcomings in my life . I’m like the complete opposite of you. No, I didn’t say that but revolving credit is a big factor. If you’re not paying anything off, it gives you no payment history. Which makes your score low. You grow your score by paying things off. Long credit history with on time payment history is his you get high scores. Not just buying shit.
I know this for a fact. I would always buy my shit outright and the FA’s told me to stop….pay half and finance. That’s how scores increase.

You didn’t clarify that in the beginning. You claimed you just buy everything outright.
I don’t need loans or to finance cars but I do on the advice of smart FA’s. If I take out a loan on a car….I pay it off in 3 years….and use ************ here and there, pay them off. Never miss payments…..my score is always as good as possible.

I have never financed a car in my life, I have always bought my car's outright.
I said I have financed property and have had credit card debt in the past. At this point I have a nearly perfect credit score and I don't owe a penny to anyone.
Am I lying?

The whole reason we got on this topic was because you thought that I owed money on a car from 10 years ago.
I would never borrow money against a car that's the dumbest shit you can do.

I have no idea if you’re lying.
My credit score is tremendous. It’s because I was told how to do it. I used to buy my cars outright and was told to stop doing it. I bought my house outright. I was paying almost nothing on ************. I had zero debt. My score was low because of it. My FA’s told me how to start doing it the right way and now it’s incredible.

If you never have credit and never use credit it's going to be a bad score yes, what I'm saying is if you use credit and achieve a high score and pay everything off your score will not go down because of the fact that you don't owe money

Nah, it’s not really. If you’re not investing in a property and getting an extremely low interest rate, it’s an easy thing to do and cost virtually nothing. It worth it to increase your score.
