He served TWO YEARS after an ILLEGAL prosecution; the previous prosecutor had agreed
to NEVER USE any evidence from the civil cases. A headline-hunting prosecutor later decided

That nothing. A bunch of gang members had a shootout on the streets in Chicago and 3 people got hurt with one of them kille. and the crooked prosecutors refused to charge anyone. They claimed they were all acting in self defense.
