WTF is going on in Fresno???

Just overnight we have...

1) 39yo female teacher arrested for allegedly having sex with at least one 14yo boy.

2) Pastor arrested for allegedly having sex with an underage girl.

3) Woman decapitated as her car goes under a tractor-trailer.

4) Mother of 5 goes missing.
