This means NOTHING. There were multiple variants, the vaccine rollout was a multiyear process. In the end, Covid is basically nonexistent and we have crossed the immunization threshold needed to achieve that task. You saying vaccines didn't work is like saying seatbelts don't prevent injuries in car accidents. They both function based on statistical probabilities and real-world evidence, significantly reducing risk even though adoption wasn't universal and instantaneous.
