well we were told that the vaccines were 100% effective at preventing covid

then we were told that the vaccines were 100% effective at preventing hospitalizations and death

so those were obvious lies... in court if you can prove that someone lied, then absolutely nothing they say can be trusted because they are proven liars

I was led to believe the Astra Zenica vax I took was about 75% effective at preventing infection by the original strain.

I was later told that being double vaxed would give me about 90% protection from serious problems but would not prevent me being infected with new strains.

I think so far I see nothing here to lead me to believe that was proveable false so far.

I also think Australia is a perfect human experiment to see just how effective mass vaccination against the initial strain proves to be.


I hope you are wrong about it having zero effect. But you cannot know yet, no one can. But we will know for sure in a few months time. I'm hoping you are wrong and less Australians die than would otherwise be expected.

I am hoping, and predicting, the final official annual death rate is comparable or better than seasonal flu here.
