We're close to that now. The NFL just changed their guidelines to allow players to play if just one negative test.

I'd like to know if all these breakthrough cases are because of the vaccines weaning? Are their cases of people who were recently vaccinated? The bottom line is that the vaccines are keeping people out of the hospital and the grave. Pretty soon it'll be just like the flu. You get it and get over it.

Unfortunately, you have to have guidelines to protect the unvaccinated. If someone was to die, these leagues could be liable. It's all about money and risk. Lawyers advise the leagues not to put themselves at legal risk. The NFL has to at least look like they care about player safety.
