I wish I had a constant supply of adderall. Tough to get though.

These days, next to impossible.

I see a GP, a orthopedic surgeon, and a psychiatrist.
I was diagnosed with ADHD years ago, ironically by a real good doctor who just happened to suffer from ADHD as well.
In a finger snap he could tell I had ADHD. (His exact words were "you're a test book case"
He wrote my first script like 20 years ago but referred me to a psychiatrist for more detailed testing.
My psychiatrist agreed with my GP.
Even the hip doctor agrees it's the right medicine for me and that' not his area of practice.

Thing is these days, unlike 20 plus years ago, the FDA and DEA are a lot bigger pains in the ass.
MY GP can sign off on my Adderall but feels more comfortable if my psychiatrist wrote out the scripts.
(which is code for "I can't be bothered with the extra FDA and DEA paperwork that must be filed)
Same with oxy for my osteoarthritis and other leg maladies, she's like "I'd rather have you see your orthopedic for opioids". Even though by claim is 1000 times legit doctors are under the microscope when they write out schedule 1 prescriptions.

Some of you that know me know I'm an IT Operations Analyst by trade.
I process (among other duties) daily business transactions between midnight and 8 am (because you can't do it during regular business hours, systems must be down, while monitoring eight different CRT's. If anything goes wrong on the overnight it must be corrected ort else you can't open the business day at 8am.

Adderall lets me focus in like a cobra.
It really is a wonder pill, but highly addictive.
And like oxy there's a lot of abuse which is why it's next to impossible to get legally.
Bunch of degenerates pop Addy's like Pez so they can drink all night, which makes life hell for us that need them.

I know some Hedge Fund types that make close to seven figures a year pay 60 dollars for a 10 milli pill off the dark web.

No, I shy away from visiting the dark web, you never know who's watching you log into it.

If you feel you have attention deficit, go to the website, take the symptoms test and take it from there.

I have no problem with say reading two chapters of a novel before my mind starts drifting someplace else where as a person without ADHD can read ten chapters in one sitting.

Some of the worlds most brilliant people had ADHD, like Einstein.
ADHD sufferers tend to be very smart, and actually can retain tidbits and trivial pieces of information better than most, we just have a problem paying attention for lengths of time.
