My wife has retired thank god with all these worthless kids in Camden it was a joke anymore. They don't want to learn they just want to either cause trouble because she is a white teacher and they are black or they barely show up for class. The No child left behind rule means they can progress without ever learning a thing. Who cares that they cannot even spell their own names as long as they can be a class clown and not listen because my wife was white. The few kids that are good suffered because the bad ones disrupted the class. Forget help from the principle because she was black too . Thank god she retired.

The No Child Left Behind Act was repealed by Obama and his congress in Dec of 2015.

What is the purpose of the DOE at the federal level? To pump money into schools that process retarded blacks out into society while the whites go on to secondary school which is now the only way to get a job.

No need for high school exit exams.
They just need to have exams for entry into college. SATs, ACTs. I won't be surprised if a third test comes out.
GPA means nothing now. Teachers give A's to students who do almost nothing. Family friend's kid got an 'A' in his senior spanish class for writing a program for his school. Grades mean nothing. Just ask professors who teach freshman.
