If public sector unions were illegal, as they were from 1620-1962, then this wouldn't be a problem.

Notice how all the foundations of American Exceptionalism have eroded under public sector unions & their Democrat party politics.

1- safety (policing)
2- education
3- Healthcare and insurance
4- government

Just eliminate public sector unions and these 4 trades become better overnight by the ability to fire at will.

Agree everything without unions would be better, I think just by repealing union laws are the easiest option - that way employees can opt out of unions so they don't have to pay unions dues, and employers can easily fire and replace bad employees. Long term costs overall go down and inflation goes down too.
