That was a trafficking bill limited to commercial trucking. It was stupid and short sighted.

The merged bill, FOSTA or whatever it's nickname is, goes against section 230 of the internet code and if you follow the BACKPAGE drama that challenge is actually in Arizona court this week.

The bill should be ruled unconstitutional

It expands the powers of the Federal government into the internet, and holds 3rd parties liable for content....it's too much law, too much government, for what is a State by State issue.
