              Diet or Sigar free soda. Beer out the ass. I egg, 1 slice of toast, 1 slice of Colby jack for breakfast.

              Deli sandwiches or Hamburgers for lunch.

              Turkey and mashed potatoes with stuffing for dinner. Sometimes chicken enchiladas. Pizza as well.

              nachos in the middle of the night.

              More beer and ZYN nicotine pouches.

                            One meal per day for months now. Snacks mixed in sometimes. I don't change what I eat because its summer. Since, that was your question. I might grill more, but I jack up my grill in below zero temperatures and have in a blizzard before too. I grill all winter.

                                Runeblade start a thread about the herbs, vitamins, and minerals. I take all kinds of stuff daily. Most of them very common such as vit a-e, k, zinc, CoQ10, and Gingko Biloba too. I also have NAC, and make my own pills but haven't done it for a while. I should start on that every single day again.

                                      I recommend getting Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.5. It's expensive $70 per canister that lasts 30 days but its the best multi-vitamin there is IMO. Also take Chlorella and Black Garlic...Incredible for your health.

                                                Breakfast ~ 8am:
                                                Bob's Red Mill steel-cut oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins, chia seeds and nuts (4-5 days); OR
                                                two eggs with whole wheat english muffin and salsa (2-3 days)

                                                Lunch ~ noon:
                                                Big salad -- greens, carrot, red cabbage, cuc, red onion, tomato, peppers, grilled chicken, feta, avocado and a few croutons
                                                with homemade vinaigrette -- balsamic, evoo, maille honey mustard, minced garlic, italian seasoning

                                                Dinner ~ 6pm:
                                                Variety here.
                                                Shrimp ceviche tostadas
                                                Steak and broccoli
                                                Salmon and green beans
                                                Grilled chicken
                                                OR could be pizza or burger/fries, whatever

                                                Keep the breakfast and lunch consistent, clean and full of nutrients, and then you can spice it up with dinner variety.

                                                Snack is watermelon, strawberries, nuts, dark chocolate.

                                                Try to keep it between 1,800 to 2,200 calories total
