I'm in Virginia. Drove to the local DMV today and the lot was almost full. Went to door and was told I must make an appt. to renew my driver's lisc. (mine --- calls for an eye test). It's making the appointment that's a hassle. I got a phone number and hung up after a 20 minute hold.

In California, we make appointments online and wouldn't think about driving Down there without oneComment
