new smyrna runs into daytona beach, it's south of daytona on the eastern coast........

ultimately, will probably wind up in deland/daytona; wife's dad is in deland on several acres, and has a cache of rental homes my wife, an only child, will be inheriting.... I still prefer south texas where my family is from, and only time will tell.....
