Vietnam makes a ton of stuff now , just like China. Nike is being made here, tons of American surf products , O'neil, Billabong etc etc... But they are not even sold in Vietnam and the quality control and checks are beyond comprehension. We have an NBA store here where you can buy the real jerseys but they are more expensive than in America. Nobody buys them . Everyone just buys the knock offs because they are still good quality and cheap.. Good NBA jerseys all day here for $15....I went to the factory where O'neil is being produced and it is a sight to see to be honest.... I wear a lot of their products and you can't buy them here...I do a lot of exporting to America and the quality I am sending to America is not sold in Vietnam but made here...
