All three charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter. Trial expected to begin some time in August. How do these three ex-officers get a fair trial?Comment -
they will all use the same defense...i was just going along with the most senior officer and we are taught not to question those officers. what else could they say? no other defense other then to say they didnt want to commit career suicide by pushing chauvin off of floyd. all 3 will do no more than a year in prison imo.Comment -
These guys have MUCH more aggressive defense lawyers than Nelson was/is...Chinese dude will get off completely, other 2 may do a tiny bit of timeComment
