I think the cop is not that smart. He roughed up a 73 year old citizen with dementia and lied about it to seem cool. he said he rolled around on the ground with her a bit after a struggle. After she said she wsnt to go home for the 10th time he should have picked up on that, then find her family and then buy her flowers. Maybe she wondered off. And shame on you rudy.

The issue is Walmart is a legal Corporation operating within the law. The law wants them to call the police when there's an issue so they can handle it for them.
