Cop gets winded pretty easily. He was huffing and puffing a couple minutes in after minimal physical exertion.Comment -

#5every year past 65 we should all be required to pass a mandatory physical, intelligence testing, and senility test
let's do the humane and economically expedite thing. Let's vote to put down the people that are suffering with the adverse side effects and not prolong their miseryComment -

I see your point but she broke the law and thought she could just walk away from it.
That's the exact thinking with all of these ppl today when they're stopped & resist. It's causing mayhem with them thinking they are above the law & the rest of usComment -

What law is it? It is not God's law. Funny how you can assault a small business owner 🔥their business to the ground and they will just stand there. Mess with Amazon or Walmart and there will be hell to pay! Don't you understand what 90%+ of cops really do?Comment -

Work with them daily and have for many years.
Just sat in one of various weekly meetings with the Chief Of Police.
I've seen a lot.
Especially when it comes to young punks who shouldn't be wearing the badge.
But I also see that cops have their hands full with all of these idiots today.
It's a guessing game for both sidesComment -

#21ive dealt with dementia in family
if she doesnt know the word "stop" when a police officer tells her to...there is no way she should be walking alone on the road
somebody else failed her in her life...wasnt the cop
hopefully now she can get the proper careComment -

#22Clearly the system is broken when a cop abuses a 73 year old 100lb female with dementia.
"She started to run"... LIAR
"We rolled for a little bit"... LIAR

No one cares. The bitch stole something from Wal-Mart and resisted arrest.
In your opinion what should he have done Wiki, bought her flowers and gave her a massage?Comment -

#24I think the cop is not that smart. He roughed up a 73 year old citizen with dementia and lied about it to seem cool. he said he rolled around on the ground with her a bit after a struggle. After she said she wsnt to go home for the 10th time he should have picked up on that, then find her family and then buy her flowers. Maybe she wondered off. And shame on you rudy.Comment -

#25The cop and whoever called the police are the ultimate snowflakes in this situation. Same thing with the whole Floyd nonsense here is a tip for everyone if you don't think you are going to die don't call the police handle the stuff on your own.Comment -

#26"I think the cop is not that smart"
Exactly.
As the father of a physically and emotionally challenged son this cop is my worst nightmare. How does he still NOT have this figured out after both his backup and sergeant arrived?
The solution is to put an emt in every cop car. I don't care how much it costs. It's a helluva lot cheaper than getting your city and police dept sued every time a brainless cop does something stupid like this on a regular basis.

#27cops have to take responsibility. I think one the posters alluded to someone allowing her out the house, trying to shift blame. I don't know how she got to Walmart but I do see the contact with the cop here and he handled it poorlyComment -

Did you know that if stealing from Walmart alone was a business it would be a Fortune 500 company? That's how much money they lose every year in theft.
I'm sure they also pay a shit ton of taxes most of which is going to those police. You can't just go around doing whatever you want no matter how small the crime there are consequences.
As the officer said if she would have just talked to him and been cool about it he probably would have let her go.Comment -

#33Yes you are correct I don't give a flying fukk about Walmart it is a globalist complete POS organization run by robberbarons I don't expect anything less from them or the cucks that work there than to call the police on an elderly woman with dementia. Don't worry they will get that money back when the put their fake charity Christmas kettles out that they use to give their employees their Christmas bonus.
The issue is Walmart is a legal Corporation operating within the law. The law wants them to call the police when there's an issue so they can handle it for them.
Being old doesn't give you a right to go around stealing things.
This is basic stuff they should have taught you in kindergarten and the first grade.Comment -
