Yes. 63k people so far out of 100 million. Vietnam is making their own vaccine which won’t be ready for two years. The government said regular people are two years away from receiving one. Plus they are using the Russian one here. Which I won’t take. They did but the astra one too but the Russian one is being used for the front line.

Vietnam is the size of California with way more people. California only 39 million vs 100 million.
