1- what federal crime has he been convicted of to be pardoned from and

2- why would the Office of President not be able to pardon Donald Trump? The President can pardon any person(s) of any federal crime he wishes to.

People, go read Trump's EO #13848, signed and published in the Federal Register, back in September of 2018. READ IT! Then know that Trump already has this in hand. Forty-five days from November 3rd is next Friday, December 18th! Money that has flowed into a personal super PAC that he can use for any purpose including paying back his lenders the hundreds of millions that he owes. He is corrupt and has committed crimes while in office and before. He is an unindicted co conspirator in the Stormy Daniels matter. Mueller would have indicted him for obstruction but for DOJ policy. He is looking at federal tax crimes. Luckily he cannot pardon himself. But he can resign. But a pardon by Pence is inapplicable to state crimes where NY is looking at tax crimes, charitable theft, insurance and bank fraud for both overstating and understating his assets. He is headed to prison. As are some of his leeches aka kids.
