He’s dead. When will ppl learn to not resist arrest!? Literally the first thing you should abide by if pulled over. Guy did not deserve to die but literally dug his own grave. Two shots in the kneecap would’ve been equally as effective

Actually shoot to STOP the threat. Shooting him or her in the leg doesn’t stop the threat. The person could still return fire.
