    What's on the menu tonight.
    Bought a whole bone in rib roast and cut 2 inch Ribeyes.

    Cooking over charcoal with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes.

                Got out a couple NY strips marinating, gonna sautee some mushrooms, have a jumbo russet potato, lima beans, corn on the cob and rolls.

                                  We got a great butcher house here. Lines out the door. Bacon is amazing and cuts of meat. They butcher everything in the back. Pretty weird to watch. Buddy owns the place. Great deals gentlemen.

                                              Enjoy Pablo... did a 1 10-rib pork rib crown roast on Sunday that was amazing and used the left overs the next day for Cuban sandwiches

                                                      Just season it more then normal. Cayenne, paprika, more pepper, chili , curry powder and lots of diced onions. It's not ground beef though I have to admit but it's so much lighter.

                                                        Lean ground turkey plain, add a taco seasoning package and water.. Stir up and cook it over a flame after you dice up the ground turkey into small chucks..

                                                        They also sell taco seasoned ground turkey which is pretty good now also.. Really easy and healthy.

                                                          nobody should be eating ground turkey unless you are trying to step on a bodybuilding stage

                                                          if you track macros and are overweight, i'll bet you arent high in fat calories

                                                          it is the carbs that kick your ass

                                                                Chicken quarters crispy, loaded with salt, pepper , cumin, paprika, onion powder, garlic oil, cayenne pepper, turmeric powder(you know 500 oven for 2 hours). Homemade mashed potatoes loaded with butter and bacon bits, salt, pepper . Chefs choice salad with thousand island dressing(crutons, avocado, bell pepper, ect ect) served with some seltzer wine grape juice(wife and I don't drink)
