It does sound like cases have receded there and SK, the first places it struck. So perhaps this thing runs its course and then recedes after 2-3 months. The worst of it still probably ahead of us here over the coming weeks, but then we will probably also see cases recede naturally and also with weather later in April and into May.

That said, I fear it could re-emerge come fall, just in time for Trump to cancel the election or try to delegitimize the results.
