    Should I use PTO today?
I feel sick, like a bad cold, but more importantly, while standing straight up yesterday, a jolt of pain ran down my entire back. Now it is hard to move without being in pain. The pain is centralized in the lower back area, and I can move in a certain way to recreate the pain.

I hate to use PTO except for long trips away, one hopefully in the summer. SBR should I take off? Who do I see in short notice for the back pain? Several people I asked said back pain should be taken very seriously.

yes, sounds like a bulging disc or herniation with nerve pain down the legs

back pain no joke, rest - no gym or sitting in bad positions
