Should posters be able to get together and punish mods/admins?

Seems like a good system for checks and balances to protect against a tyrannical or rogue staff member. Maybe something like 10 or more posters would be the threshold to eliminate abuse of it because of personal vendettas.

Could hand out infractions or even suspensions without pay if egregious enough.

It's like me as a sales person can't discipline a sales manager, but the GM can punish the manager. And the owner can punish the GM, but the sales managers can't punish the GM
