Kobe is not most people. He was already innocent in the beginning as the prosecutors said that there was no case because there was no evidence of rape. He had zero risk to go to jail as the case was thrown out. He settled with her to prevent a long and embarrassing civil case. Wealthy people usually settle out of court and move on. Go look at how many times Trump has had to settle out of court. It doesn’t mean he rapes women. Tyson should have settled but he wanted to fight and ended up in jail.
