How much can a "runner" make per week?

Don't runners usually take a percentage regardless if the bet wins or looses?
Their job is just to the best number.

I've never known one who is paid a %, win or lose. And their job is to get the number range they are told to buy, not "closest to it."

Last guy I spoke to was getting a flat $500 per week. That's not much, not to mention that whole "Get arrested in one of the raids" thing.
Bail is not a job benefit.
Nor are legal fees.

I used to see many Runners in the various Sportsbooks i have worked throughout the years. With the rise of Mobile Apps they are few and far between now.
