It’s extremely hard.

Took me three times quitting before I quit for good.

Plus I’m only 4 months in, I can still fail and go back to it.

It's hard. And I don't do anything special. Like I said, I failed the first two quitting attempts.

You just gotta stay strong and know that threesomes, steaks and crab legs are right around the corner if you stay strong.

The hardest part is if you drink. You know why.

Oh, I also smoked one of these when the cravings got really bad. They have no nicotine or tobacco.

They are not that good, but they help the mental cravings (not physical cravings).

Me to Otters.. I tried just pinch between your cheek and gum as a teen also and got SUPER HIGH and almost barfed, had to lay down for hours.. Never touched SKOAL chew again..



Same with alcohol at 16 years old but some how I stuck with that to this day for some reason. lol..

the big thing smokers crave is the sensation(throat hit) one gets from the cigg. As a vaper more a higher pg content achieves this perfect, for those deep cravings always have a backup of 20% on hand couple hits of that will take care of that. Does not happen anymore as craving are all gone since I have went from 270 to 195 in weight(3.5 years) in gym, complete 360 in diet. Just doesn't happen anymore

Most will laugh but there is actually a book that you can read if truly ready to quit and you will quit instantly. I laughed when someone told me this and it actually worked. If you don't want to quit or stay stopped it won't work though.

Yeah never tried the Juul products, a lot of them were smoking them.

Glad the law is cracking down on it and I think some areas are making the vaping age 21.

It is all in the mind and this book has the perfect way of not only explaining it but demonstrating it. Encourage you to smoke or dip while reading the book. If you get it you will see. But again, only if you truly want to quit.
