Genie has been removed from the SBR Sportsbook

Genie continues to do a fine job here at SBR day in and day out as we are re shuffling some duties .


Trent Walker will also be coming on board to help out with the SBR Book in the tech department .

I'm not sure there's anywhere left genie can be transferred to.

First she makes a mistake in the sportsbook causing it to crash recently, hence the problems we were having.

Then she gets assigned to Administration only, but clicks the wrong thing and we lose the entire site for hours last night.

Maybe since Genie Left last week that's why my SBR SPORTSBOOK Account isn't being taken care of which SBR Sportsbook Live Chat said that it would be taken care of 2 times but hasn't been yet. The problem is preventing me from placing a wager at SBR sportsbook with my bet points and free points. Can someone help me out. My case probably got lost in the transition. I hope SBR helps me out asap.
