It was Lou he referenced that to.

And I'm pretty sure he did it deliberately because he just wanted or needed a break.

He might have been drinking or stressed out at the time.

That's why he only got a 24hr timeout.

Now if Lou himself had seen it, it might have been permanent.

What year was that with JJ you mentioned?

I like JJ but he was late to the party at eog.

I watched it's demise first hand up close & personal before Ken finally gave up, literally.

It was just a few months maybe, back in late Oct 2012 a few years after Ken's death I think SBR didn't meet JJ's demands and he jumped ship to EOG for awhile. His last post was imploring Lou to perform the fellatio on him and he was banned. Lots of speculation ensued but we don't know the whole story. Here is a sample of the speculation and Walker's take.
