2500 sq ft of roof yesterday-2 layers..1000 sq ft of that is steep (9 pitch) no rooftop delivery-100ft of base/counter flashing (cut into brick) ....took 5 guys (latinos) 9 hours. immaculate, spotless.
today 1600 sq ft, 2 layer w/rooftop delivery, very walkable pitch, no aluminum flashing but 4 sheets of plywood replaced, ridge vent etc....took same 5 guys 4.5 hours. DONE
