nah but I just got my license man and I was wondering if you might share some advice.

I’m with a firm and all that, it’s a small firm and the commission split is good 75% for the agent
25% to the firm.

But I’m basically on my own for leads.

My BIC told me told me to reach out to my sphere of influence and to call FSBO’s and Expired listings

he sends me a few each morning but they are usually less than 20 leads all scattered out all different price points some as low as $75,000

so what do you recommend? should I buy Zillow leads or who is a good source?

My best attribute is I’m really good on the phone. However ya know ofcourse I have no track no record or stats and I really have a hard time lying to people so I feel like I would be straight up with people and just tell them I’m new and it’s a plus b/c I’m hungry and have plenty of time to service my clients

Those are all the places I would look. A lot of guys go door to door in their neighborhood. Maybe skip the guy next door. Have you tried advertising on bus benches?
