Anyone ever been to Moe's?

My roommate from college was a manager there and every time someone walks in they HAVE to yell "Welcome to Moe's"... He has worked there for 2 years and was making decent money like $45k, he got FIRED today by the district manager because out of 275 people who entered the store he didnt say it 4 times!!!

How fukked up is that shit!!!

It's fukked up. I eat there once a month. When they say "Welcome to Moe's!" it really pisses me off.

Me too!!!! Its so fukking annoying as it is and on top of it he is the fukking manager who busts his ass and smells like tacos and beans every night. You dont think he was maybe really busy during that 275 people entering the store and had a legit reason for not yelling that annoying shit??

Oh and who the hell has the time to sit there and count how many people enter the store and then focus on one person and see how many times he says it. Talk about a fukking waste of time!!!!

Heard they will be putting one soon in my town - walking distance. Looking forward to it.

I looked into buying a Moe's franchise a couple of years ago. Didn't do it, the contract stinks, way too one sided. Has to be why there are not a ton of them around.
