No, they're not recognized as one of the prestigious programs so hard for them to get much air time. Which is understandable considering their lack of championship history, any pro quality talent, and virtually no national following. The fact they play in a lesser conference doesn't help. But give it time, slowly but surely they seem to be on the riseOther than TUA what Makes Alabama a good team?

Jerry Jeudy, Devonta Smith, Jalen Waddell, Henry Ruggs the III. The first team in history to have 4 WRs up on the Biletnikoff watch list. The RBs aren't anything to sneeze at either.
O-line is now settled with Dickerson at C, Brown and Evans beside him, and then Wills and Leatherwood rounding it out. This week will be the first time this year the same group starts in the same positions as the previous weeks.
On Defense, they have missed having experienced players but the freshmen are improving each week. Barmore has been showing some nice explosiveness along that D line. The defense is still a work in progress but there has been progress.
Don't ask about kicking.
But we can block kicks!

It is an easy answer. Alabama has stalk piled 5 star recruits for the last 8 years. If anyone gets injured the next guy steps up that would be starting at any other college in the country. They are 3 rows deep at every fukin position at 5 star recruits and they get more and more and more every year. Saban is the greatest college coach in the history of the game and I hate Alabama. While he is there they will continue to gobble up the best recruits in the nation. It is pretty fukin simple if you look at recruiting. They can send their whole d line year after year to the nfl and they are replaced with another wave of the best in the nation with the back ups that are freshmen that maybe better than they start.Comment -
Most teams have a hard time sending in backups to rest their starters, Alabama sends in more 5 star recruits that will be playing in the NFL after one year. They do not drop off when they send in help. They go row after row of the best players in the nation.Comment -
