how could somebody working at mcdonalds afford to live in san fran
I don't know about McDonalds, but I was in SF in March, and walked past an In and Out Burger in the piers area. They had a sign on the window that they were hiring, and paying $20/hr. A crazy salary for fast food, but SF is crazy expensive as far as rents go.
