I regret not asking for my money back before the 30 day trial period was up. My computer won't start until the TotalAV icon appears (approximately 4-5 minutes after start up). I've since had the TotalAV VPN appear on my internet connection list. I have to reconnect after every page I turn and every new window i open. A total disaster for me. Had McAfee before this and had NO problems. I have 10 more months left on my subscription and it seems like the surfing is getting worse.
