Have a weekly budget that you are allowed to deposit to fund your gambling and books.. DON'T BREAK IT EVER.. Make it a religion!! Maybe your budget is $100 a week for example.. $400 a month.

If you go bust early in the week you MUST wait till the next week to deposit and re-up $100 according to your budget weekly promise. Fight the gambling urge and play with bet points or something else during the down time if you bust during any week..

That's my best guess on how to control the gambling beast if you are compulsive and lack discipline.. If you can't stick to this rule check yourself into GA and try and quit gambling all together.

Do what I do... use this crooked SBR Casino and lose all these worthless bet points. Get that “live casino” urge completely out of your system. That way you won’t be tempted to use real money in your real money accounts.

Thank you Mike.. I've known many Degen gamblers and that's the test in my post above..

If you can stick to that you can avoid going into massive debt and most of all losing everything and ending up in GA...

have them block you from the casino. i am like you. lost a lot of winnings in the regular casino, not live.

always figure i can turn winnings into more winnings quickly and play the weekend's games with house money. might work for a little, but then you get that one bad day and poof, money is gone. weeks of winnings for naught. and feel like a schmuck for cutting profits.

sites like wager web and bovada do permanent blocks. can't even reopen if i ask.
