These scammers cold call 500 people with the under. They also cold call 500 people with the over.

Well, the 500 who got the "under" cold calls thinks the guy is a genius. So they call these scammers back and get the boiler room sales pitch.

This trick started with stocks and these tout scums are basically playing the same con.
