    Are there any vegetarians here?
    Not vegans, I mean vegetarian

My birthday is coming up and I might try vegetarian a month for it

So i guess I might become a soy boy after all

A few questions for any vegetarians out there:

    1. Is whey protein vegetarian? I think its dairy so would think so?

    2. I saw the only cheese I actually need to give up is parmesan...so velveeta and cheddar are okay?

    3. I'll switch to pasture raised eggs. I assume that gives the chicken ample room?

    4. what the fukk do you eat with potatoes/french fries/rice/noodles...I cant just drink a whey protein milkshake with mashed potatoes (assuming when it ok in question 1)..which beyond meat products are decent ???

And I tried eating more fish until the day I read where this one fish I really enjoyed was a pond bottom feeder.
Since then, I am psyched out of anymore eating that moderately priced fish.

Who knows the genuine truth about China's Tilapia?
Sam's Club buys from China. But what part of China?

                              Ask that question to Google.
Evidently, some parts of China's Tilapia are not worth the risk?

You won't last a month. Best bet is to eat a balanced diet and watch your portions. Drink more water.

Hell I can't even last a day without drinking

I don't eat any lunch meat, no pork.

Too broke for nice steak usually

I need to cut out sirloin, chicken breasts, and ground beef.

                                    That's all

Don't cut them out completely. They have value. Cut down, if you like. But if you deny yourself stuff that you like, you'll crave it even more and when you crash, you'll crash hard. Maybe just try one meatless day per week.

Don't know why many in western countries think a vegetarian person can eat fish?

I have been vegetarian since 2015, since then I ate meat or fish for like 5 or 6 times just to please my parents for Christmas, otherwise it's totally fine living without any meat or any fish, but I eat eggs and drink cow milk.

Cow milk especially feels good for me after working out (do 6 quick work out a week).

Red beans are also good. I think there is a clear difference between vegan and vegetarian, I would not try being vegan, I feel my body would not like it, especially with the work out sessions.

The annoying thing is to find restaurants that serves dishes without meat or fish, but with protein (so usually eggs most of the time, or tofu in asian places). Hardly eat any cheese, don't like it. Also go for some peanut butter if you feel weak some days, just not like everyday for obvious reasons

                                            good info

                                            thanks men

i might start with a day or 2 per week like you suggested

i saw that parmesan cheese and greek yogurt contain gelatin so it is meat

when i checked my ingredients label, i see no gelatin listed on either

Was on Tuna Fish for a long time... probably 6-7 years straight. Sure, I pigged out during holiday meals.... like Memorial Day, Labor Day... Thanksgiving, Christmas etc....

I think the Soy in the tuna fish screws up your natural testosterone production.... it's a sad thing that they can't even make TUNA pure anymore? They have to add sh#$ to it...

                                                      Stay away from Soy...

I'm now eating chicken breast like crazy now... I feel much better than before.

That idea will finish my Tilapia off for sometime. And I am not surprised at what they eat.
Not a real thoughtful appetizer when you sit down for some nice looking grilled tilapia.
They say though; "if you cook the livin' shit out of them, they're fine."

                                                            thanks men

i might start with a day or 2 per week like you suggested

i saw that parmesan cheese and greek yogurt contain gelatin so it is meat

when i checked my ingredients label, i see no gelatin listed on either

                                                            No worries mate.

By the way, lebanese food is awesome for those who don't want any meat, what they do with beans, chick peas and green peas is delicious. I mean lebanese or israeli (falafel...)
