Going for a home made chicken burrito. Much like a Chipotle burrito but healthier and better tasting.

Large whole wheat tortilla fried in coconut oil on both sides for a few minutes, Shredded plain tender and marinated chicken breast meat. Black beans, brown rice, lots of fresh salsa and fresh Guac.. May add some pepper jack cheese shredded not sure yet on the cheese?

Small Spinach salad, cherry tomatoes, black olives, mushrooms, Garlic croutons, in Italian dressing on the side..

Glass of fine Tequila not wine tonight..

Wife made a good chicken and biscuits yesterday.
I took the leftovers out of the fridge and threw it on the stove and added jalapeno, tomato, cubed yellow squash and garlic from the garden.
Added a little extra water and cumin and it was a new dish.
Ate it with a grated pepper jack and tortilla chips.
It was a hit.

Honey oat bread chicken breast 12 inch is what I get and I get it toasted with pepper jack cheese.. Not to shabby when on the run and need some quick grub!!!

I realized if you’re getting chicken from subway get rotisserie. It’s a relatively new item on the menu. The other crap is either fake grilled patties or lunch meat. Rotisserie style is actual chicken. It makes for a decent sandwich.
