If you think about fat people, they get laughed at, get teased, get made fun of always, get shown no respect with fit people, women or men with good looks won't look at them unless they REALLY have something to give.. Like money..

So stay fit people.. Lay off the cheese and late night snacks.. Try to get out for an hour a day and walk, run or bike if you can and I mean EVERY DAY.. Clean up your diet!!! That's what it takes!!
