CBD will NOT alter your mental state as in the euphoic effects of THC in cannabis. Id be sceptical. The packaging of those bombs looks like a " 5 HOUR ENERGY" packaging style where all the trigger words are big and bright to trigger your thought of" this shit gonna give me "5 HOURS of ENERGY" or in this case "INTENSE MOOD ENHANCER...FEEL GREAT... RELAX NOW.

5-HOUR ENERGY is a great branding technique to rope in the $$$$$ but sure as fuk aint what it does.

My guess the same for the BOMBS. No doubt a " uninspected or test by the FDA" sticker on it too.
