They will be caught but they are in a remote area of northern Saskatchewan where police & police stations are few and far between.

Depending on their survival/outdoor skills they may evade capture for a while yet.

They ditched their car in Gillam, Manitoba somewhere and they either now are on foot or they stole another car.
Really stupid what they done because Gillam is basically a dead end highway (look it up on maps).

On the news here the dad of one of the guys has said he knows his son will die today or tomorrow. Apparently he didn't handle his parents splitting up years ago and he's just gone off the rails so he's now on a suicide mission. He also said something like you can see how messed up the kid is because no one normal travels that distance to murder strangers for absolutely no reason. He wants to get gunned down by police after mayhem first.
