I'm betting that none of these are solved, law enforcement is so fukking inept and cops are so damn worthless that unless someone confesses the cops can't get the DA enough for a conviction 9/10 times. Hell police have 60 dudes on high def camera robbing $30k of goods in Philly with 0 arrests so far and the Philly PD is wasting it's time looking into Facebook posts.
