Don't even say that.. The Northridge earthquake was a violent shaker, I was right at the epicenter for that one.. Could not walk in that one. Neighbors were literally screaming in fear. That quake was straight up RUDE!!! Houses bounced off the foundations, apartment buildings cracked and red tagged.
I don't want to experience another like that even though I had my house retrofitted and braced for it now... I even have State Farm earthquake insurance that I pay $3000 a year for with a $100,000 deductible which kinda sucks.
I'm prepared but I hope it doesn't come.. The really big ones that are shakers and not rollers are scary as hell and do damage!!!
