On the negative They also attempt to call any kind of trafficking, intent to distribute, any kind of drug sales charge a violent crime meaning you forced to do 85% of your sentence! Not cool. I own about 70 acres of land in Arkansas, but its an absolutely gorgeous area. Northwest Arkansas in the Ozarks, about 3 miles from Beaver Damn Lake, on the White River. The whole NW quadrant is gorgeous. Honestly never been anywhere else in the state so i’ll take yalls word for it

Got a lot of blue state guys moving here to Tennessee. Can't stand the taxes, and some of the state laws. They're more than welcome here as long as they don't try to change things to the way they were where they used to live.

Outside of the horrible dry heat for 4 months in PHX, AZ is fantastic.

And even in the summer, you are only a 1.5 hour drive from PHX to the pines and cooler temps.

4 major sports teams. Spring training baseball is awesome.

Conservative state. We are still barely holding on to that. But still there. Great weather 8 months out of the year. No natural disasters. No insane taxes. A half a days drive to the ocean. 4.5 hour drive to Vegas from PHX. Reasonable cost of living.

Not a bad place to live.

Florida. It’s too damn hot, and now I find out that it rains damn near everyday in the summer. Winter feels like summer, and now summer is like spring, except it’s also 100 degrees with 100% humidity. And just to top it off, we hang off the US like the dick of a state it is, just to get smacked by hurricanes. That’s just the weather.

Everywhere I go I have to try to not murder some poor lizard running around my feet. Then when I make it to the car, I get to strap in and wonder if today will be the day that some 90 year old strokes out at the wheel and rams me off the road into a palm tree. My luck I’ll survive and end up hospitalized with no insurance since the healthcare system here is fcked. Only good thing is the no personal income tax on the peanuts that I make breaking my back for a company that charges what I make in a day for a piece of fish. Living the American dream. Hey, at least the ocean isn’t far so if I’m ever ready to go I can just jump in, and drift away. Gotta that going for it.

Many flocking to Florida due to favorable tax laws there. Property taxes in NJ have to be one of the highest in country. Democratic Governor a complete moron. I laugh. Start to get woozy and have to avoid falling over. Working on getting more water down. Was drinking soda way too much, and since I’ve stopped that it’s been okay, but have to constantly make yourself drink fluids here. Snow sounds great right about now. Think this state should be for retired folks only. Those that get cold when a light breeze comes through. That complain when it’s only 75 here. Give the whole state to them.

From what I hear, I doubt it. Seminoles seem to run the joint when it comes to that, and are a pain in the ass about it. I really have no clue though. Hman knows all about that stuff. Both sides have talked, but don’t think they got all that far. Seminoles want to control it all, and I doubt DeSantis really cares all that much about getting it done. I’m sure there will be more talks of it, and then nothing done for the years to come. I think I’ll just move to Mississippi. Sounds so terrible that it may just be perfect for me. Gimme a dump of a trailer, a crappy job, and a casino to gamble at, and I’m good. When I have a kid soon, he will be the smartest bastard there.

Born n Bred in Jersey, everybody gets their ass kicked there, most are used to it though, tough people who limit the "In-betweens"....Some of the best and classic "Smart Ass" comes outta here.
Had some family in "Southie" and the only things they do well is fight and drink....this is not a generalization...its the truth. In my youth 2 visits = 2 arrests....My uncle Seamus always said " one of us enter the fray, we all go"...Good business idea for that particular area, is Family "Bailout Rates".
Hawaii seems real nice but very $$$$$
