Depending on the crime I argue yes
Obviously if you are chasing a kidnapper, rapist, murderer etc you can’t let em roll but I mean a stolen vehicle isn’t worth endangering people imo
However then you have people who have a slew of charges who will likely go commit more crimes and endanger the community in that way
It’s a really tough thing
