Seems like the legit thing to do since most can never be rehabilitated. Stalkers and child abusers just don't get rehabilitated until their sex drive is gone with advanced age or Castration.. Cut the nads and ruin the sex drive..

I think child sexual abuse is the worst crime in life, you just severely affect and or even ruin a young life doing that crap.
