More than likely not a hernia but a bulging disc(s). You'll need an MRI. Pain is from the swelling from the disc to the nerves in your back. Aleve or Motrin is your best bet other than Tylenol until you get to the doctor.

Find an Asian Massage Parlor that has staff that can walk on your back and pop the FUKK out of it. They have poles going across the ceiling to push down. Could be numerous things..........first question I'd ask is were you in an accident or had a fall, etc.? Back pain usually doesn't come on unless something initiated it.

Herniated disc if you recently had an injury or was lifting something heavy, if you have been running a fever or nausea/vomiting or any blood in your piss good chance its a kidney stone. MRI for herniated disc issue or Cat Scan to check for stones. you have any numbness or pain down either of your legs?

I am a MRI/CT guy. These two things (that were also mentioned in previous post) is likely the issue bud.

Back pain, I know it because I'm a tall man.. I beat it.. Would be laid up in my 30's at times in bed and now in my 50's I'm good to go.. Haven't been laid up because of a wrenched back in years now. This is why - I stretch every morning for 10 minutes, don't carry fat or belly gut.. Back pain solved.. Also take supplements that work.

Fish oil, Flaxseed oil supps. This below really helps.. I swear by it.. Gotta stretch though daily and keep the weight down..



My younger Nephew has a bad back from golfing of all things, I told him to take yoga classes daily as fruity as that sounds and take the supps above as mentioned.. He did it and is 100% today.. Calls me and thanks me for the insight all the time. Changed his life.. NO LIE!!!!
